• Leads are required throughout the campsite; no free running, even on the pitch.
• Dog-free zones: sunbathing lawn (1st row), terrace 6, beach (also for premium mobile homes), children’s playgrounds, and sanitary facilities.
• Dog bathing area: not available on site.
• A pitch with a dog is possible across the campsite except terrace 6 and the 1st row sunbathing lawns.
• Follow general dog rules in Austria; muzzles are compulsory for aggressive behaviour and on public transport.

How to Book (and Key Policies to Know)

1. Pick your dates within the valid windows: 12 April – 30 June 2026 or 1 September – 19 October 2026.

3. Reserve in advance (required for the specials). Bookings are accepted and confirmed in writing.
4. Deposits for camping pitches:
   • Stays of 1–3 nights: the entire amount is payable in advance.
   • Stays of 4+ nights: 30% deposit of the total cost plus a €10 reservation fee; pay within 14 days of confirmation to secure your booking.
5. Fixed pitch reservation (optional): To reserve a specific pitch number, a one-time €50 fee per pitch applies. In high season (1 July – 1 September 2026) fixed pitches require a 7-night minimum; outside high season, a 5-night minimum. (Pitches are otherwise allocated by management within the booked category.)
6. Arrival and departure (pitches): Your pitch is available from 12:00 noon on arrival day and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on departure day.
7. Changes and cancellations: Changes must be made in writing. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival (deposit refunded minus the €10 reservation fee or credited to a later stay). Within 30 days of arrival, no refund is made.
8. Electricity: Charged by consumption at €0.90/kWh (16 amps). Budget accordingly for cooking, heating/cooling, and device charging.
